For the November Savory Chicken Curry Casserole,
keep in mind, the ingredients you received make 1/2 the recipe that is posted on our blog. The 1/2 recipe serves 6.
The entire recipe makes a huge 9×13 pan.

Sorry!
So far we have only eaten the Hamburger soup. It was wonderful. A few days later Scott added a hot chili mix to the leftovers to spice it up a bit.
We’ve eaten the Chimi’s finally and of course they were wonderful again. We ate the chicken pockets, but did not dip them in the butter or bread crumbs to save on some calories. They we very good even w/our minor adjustment. And I gave away the shepherd’s pie and ham ‘n’ cheese potato bake to a family who just had baby. They were real appreciative.
I recently stumbled upon your website. Thank you so much for sharing the awesome OAMC recipes! The Cashew Chicken has got to be one of my all-time favorites. I’ll be back for more!
Ann, I just made (3/09) your version of the Cashew Chicken casserole and it was as good as the one you made for all of us! Yeah . . . It’s my favorite recipe so far. Thanks!
(5/08) Finally ate the Cashew Chicken. It was wonderful. Beckett family approved.
