I’m a married mother of 3. Who loves living in Minnesota, prep ahead cooking, and couldn’t live without them now. No more worries about the age old question “What’s for Dinner?”.   1. Renee – Ritz Chicken – May want to add some milk or cream to thin it out a bit

    Heidi – Spinach Beef Biscuit Bake – I forgot the eggs! Mix two eggs into the defrosted meat mixture prior to adding it to the prepared crust.

    Lisa Ann- Greek Chicken Stir-Fry Over Rice – you may need to add some more Caesar dressing to lighten up the lemon flavor

  2. I all–thanks for posting all this great info. I am part of a small group that is interested in starting a OMAC group and your site is our spring board for ideas. We had a pot luck last night and the Unforgettable Hotdish chicken was a huge success. THANKS!
