I’m a married mother of 3. Who loves living in Minnesota, prep ahead cooking, and couldn’t live without them now. No more worries about the age old question “What’s for Dinner?”. I am also transitioning my family into the slow food and clean eating movement. I believe it’s best if we can eat food in it’s most natural state. I love to share the information I have been gaining through this whole experience. I’m also a trained personal chef. Cooking is a passion and hobby of mine. Hope your are enjoying the content of my blog.

  1. Jolean – This the best Ham & Cheese Quiche I’ve ever eaten!!!! It cooked in 50 minutes. I thawed it 1st. It made for a very yummy lunch and the kids will enjoy the leftovers for breakfast.

  2. Erin – We had the Chicken Marsala tonight & everyone loved it! Luckily there’s enough left for another whole meal 🙂

  3. Michele – We had the Carne Supremo over the weekend. We loved the kick it had.A friend of mine, who was eating with us, was so impressed (she thought I made it) 🙂

  4. Renee – We had the Philly cheese steak sandwiches on Saturday & really enjoyed them. Our family is DH & I & 2 kids (who split a sandwich), so we have enough for another meal 🙂

  5. I loved the flavor of the Chicken Satay marinade and sauce. I am using the sauce recipe today to add to chicken breasts!

  6. Lisa: As always, the portions really DO feed six people – we appreciate that! Also, very good chili!

  7. Erin – Wow! Chicken Marsala was wonderfully scrumpious! Make sure to suggest that one again.
