My Dad Kevin’s Famous All Purpose Pork Chop Dry Rub

1 boneless Pork Loin Roast, cut into 6-8 chops – $8.50
3 tablespoons sweet paprika, preferably Spanish – $.05
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper – $.02
1 tablespoon coarse salt, either kosher or sea salt – $.02
3/4 teaspoon sugar – $.01
3/4 teaspoon chili powder – $.01
3/4 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder – $.01
3/4 teaspoon onion powder – $.01
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne – $.01
Total Cost – $8.64
Per Serving Cost – $1.44
Prep Day: Label freezer bag. Mix up all the spices. Rub spices on all sides of pork chops. Let marinade for 1-2 hours before freezing.
