For those who live in the MPLS/St. Paul area –
Interested in taking the dread out of dinner by trading main entrees with other families?
A group of 7 ladies meet at 11:30am at First Ev. Free Church (51st& Chicago Ave) on the 3rd Friday of the Month.
We bring them frozen to the swap.
The entrees can be ready made to just be reheated or put into a meal kit to be cooked at a later date.
The budget is $10-$12 per entree including packaging.
Entrees are to serve 6.
We vote on menu as a group and keep our recipes on this food blog.
