I’m a married mother of 3. Who loves living in Minnesota, prep ahead cooking, and couldn’t live without them now. No more worries about the age old question “What’s for Dinner?”. I am also transitioning my family into the slow food and clean eating movement. I believe it’s best if we can eat food in it’s most natural state. I love to share the information I have been gaining through this whole experience. I’m also a trained personal chef. Cooking is a passion and hobby of mine. Hope your are enjoying the content of my blog.

  1. 9/10 – Loved the Italian Loaf. Good recipe for parties.

9/21 – Dinner Size Chili Cheese – HMMM HMMM Good!

9/25 – Tenderloin Skewers w/ Red Miso Glaze – Yummy!

10/2 – Chicken Divan – Goes to a family in need of a meal because of a new baby.

  2. Italian Loaf- My family loved it.

Chili Cheese Fries- I separated it. We ate the chili as a meal and then I put the fries with another meal that I cooked. It was good.

Tenderloin Skewers w/ red miso glaze-This was awesome !! I LOVED it and and my family did too

Turkey Chili- I like my chili with a little more spice but my daughter loved it just the way it was. I ended up adding some chili powder to my husband’s and mine.

Chicken Divan- given to a family who recently had a baby
