I’m a married mother of 3. Who loves living in Minnesota, prep ahead cooking, and couldn’t live without them now. No more worries about the age old question “What’s for Dinner?”. I am also transitioning my family into the slow food and clean eating movement. I believe it’s best if we can eat food in it’s most natural state. I love to share the information I have been gaining through this whole experience. I’m also a trained personal chef. Cooking is a passion and hobby of mine. Hope your are enjoying the content of my blog.

  1. I know I am not doing this anymore but I figured I would add in my two cents 🙂

Company Sandwiches- We LOVED them. That was an awesome two meals for our family 🙂
Chicken Pad Thai- My husband and I liked it my kiddos did not. Oh well, more for me 🙂
Fish taco’s with Coleslaw- We like the fish sticks in the tortillas but none of us liked the coleslaw very much.
Beef Enchilada Casserole- given to a family who recently had a baby

  2. Beef Enchilada Casserole – You are right Heidi. It needed the salsa and sour cream. It’s flavor was good, but some how the tortillas were too soggy. Not sure how to remedy that though. I’ll have think about it.

Beef Noodle Supreme – Too bland. We didn’t like it very much.

Chicken Pad Thai – kids loved it, but we thought the fish sauce was too dominate of a flavor.

    Company Sandwiches – Wonderful.

Fish Tacos with Freezer Coleslaw – Awesome once again the sweet cole slaw was a great accompaniment to the spicy fish sticks.

San Francisco Chops – Very good. We really enjoyed.

Thai Style Ground Beef – Taste was alright. Was a little bland needed more flavor.

  3. Our favorite this month was the Thai style Ground beef – I’m excited to try that recipe again with our family. I liked that it was something we’ve never had before.
