I’m a married mother of 3. Who loves living in Minnesota, prep ahead cooking, and couldn’t live without them now. No more worries about the age old question “What’s for Dinner?”. I am also transitioning my family into the slow food and clean eating movement. I believe it’s best if we can eat food in it’s most natural state. I love to share the information I have been gaining through this whole experience. I’m also a trained personal chef. Cooking is a passion and hobby of mine. Hope your are enjoying the content of my blog.

  1. Herb Porks Chops were awesome!

Beef Strobanoff was decent was a little bland, but nothing that a bit of salt and pepper couldn’t help.

  2. Herb pork chops were AMAZING!!! We had them with company and everyone LOVED them! Best pork chops EVER!!

Sorry I didn’t give a cooking temperature for the Mariachi Chicken Rolls. It was 350. I did it for an hour on 350 but felt that it was a bit dry. It was okay the first night but the next night we cut it up and used it for chicken burritos and they were really good with cheese and guacamole 🙂

Thanks for the great portion of the pad thai!

  3. Lamb Meatballs with Pita and Lemon Cumin Yogurt Sauce were great. Did have to increase baking time.

  4. I enjoyed the 5 spice soup, but the right of the family did not.

Liked the meatballs, pork chops and sausage soup.
