Concerning the Cashew Chicken Stir-Fry, I have a hard time believing it will take 20-25 minutes to cook bite-size chicken, but that’s what the recipe says. Use your own judgement.
Chicken Chili was Great. We simmered it on the stove for about an hour, the chicken shredded perfectly! I will definitely be making this recipe this Fall/Winter
Company sandwiches another hit.
Pork Medallions were a little too sweet for the hubby.
I couldn’t get my husband to stop eating the chicken marsala! Very good! Chicken chili also very good!
Great flavor in the Pork Thai Stew! I’d like to make that again.
