I am also transitioning my family into the slow food and clean eating movement. I believe it’s best if we can eat food in it’s most natural state. 1. Eating the ribs right now and they’re perfect. The meat is awesome and the sauce is so good!

Meatball subs: meatballs and sauce were great. Did not like the buns. They were hoagie rolls from Cub Foods and in the past I’ve used the rolls from Target and they’re way better. Sorry about that.

Curry Beef Soup was good. My husband actually ate stew! It was not heavy on the curry which was fine. We have gotten to like curry but it was a very mild seasoning.

  2. I’m eating more of the Curry Beef Stew right now with rice and it’s really good! 🙂 I remembered that I meant to say yesterday that I only added 2 cups of water (rather than 4 as the bag is labeled) and it was plenty. We used a slotted spoon to serve so it may have just been fine without much water. Having a little liquid for the rice is nice but not several cups worth. Just fyi.

  3. PECAN ENCRUSTED CHICKEN gets the award this month for most beautiful and best tasting dinner award!!! Yeehaw! That might have been the BIGGEST and most DELICIOUS piece of chicken I’ve ever eaten!!

  4. Another great Month of meals

Meatball subs- The Sauce was great, had a really good flavor. The subs were super easy to put together and lots of leftovers. Would love to get the sauce recipe.

Curry Stew-the perfect meal on these cold nights. I added 2 cups of water and that seemed to be plenty.

Loved the Panko crusted Chicken. Looking forward to leftovers later this week. I will definitely make this one again

  5. We loved the Curry Beef Stew, we also added only 2 cups of water and it was great!
I did the ribs in a crock pot on low all day and they were so tender! YUM!

  6. Brunswick Stew was good. I liked the meat and the TON of vegetables. Nice work on the okra!

Fusion pork chops were good! Loved that spice. I love all the variety!

  7. We had the sweet and sour Kielbasa last night, it had great flavor and made the whole house smell good. We had it over the hash browns and made a small salad. complete meal.

  8. Favs this month: Curry Beef Stew and Pecan Crusted Chicken! Loved the sauce on the meatball (lasagna) subs. The Brunswick Stew was better as left overs.
