I’m a married mother of 3. Who loves living in Minnesota, prep ahead cooking, and couldn’t live without them now. No more worries about the age old question “What’s for Dinner?”. I am also transitioning my family into the slow food and clean eating movement. I believe it’s best if we can eat food in it’s most natural state. I love to share the information I have been gaining through this whole experience. I’m also a trained personal chef. Cooking is a passion and hobby of mine. Hope your are enjoying the content of my blog.

  1. Served the Venus De Milo soup to my in-laws, and it was a hit! Connor (7) gobbled it up and said I can make this anytime. I realized later that I forgot to add the orzo. Still delicious.

  2. We liked the Venus De Milo soup, there was so much and loved the Bourbon Brown flank steak.
The Latin Burgers were good but do not know if I would make again.

  3. The Lat Burgers were awesome. I ate the first with the jalapeno relish but ate my second one alone – without the relish or a bun and it was excellent on its own.

Venus De Milo soup was great. Thanks for the huge portion!! I ate it for about five days!

French Dip Sandwiches were wonderful! Mine was not “fall off the bone” but that could be my fault for over-cooking?? But it still sliced up nicely and under the broiler for 1 minute was perfect! The second night we sauteed up some mushrooms to add to it and it was phenomenal!!
