I’m a married mother of 3. Who loves living in Minnesota, prep ahead cooking, and couldn’t live without them now. No more worries about the age old question “What’s for Dinner?”. I am also transitioning my family into the slow food and clean eating movement. I believe it’s best if we can eat food in it’s most natural state. I love to share the information I have been gaining through this whole experience. I’m also a trained personal chef. Cooking is a passion and hobby of mine. 1. Hopefully you guys figured out that the fried rice goes with the Chinese hamburger casserole! Last minute add-on.

The fettuccini bake was AWESOME! But make sure to plan an hour+ to bake. From frozen mine took about 75 min at 350, worth the wait though!

  2. The Naan bread goes with the tandoori chicken thighs. Also a last minute add-on.

My fettuccini bake also took just over an hour from frozen but I allowed for that so it was just fine. Tasted great and very kid-friendly. Always nice to have dishes to bake straight from frozen.

    Bacon burgers were excellent!

Sweet and Tangy flank steak was awesome too! My husband even said he wants to make that one again!

  3. The fettuccini bake was good.

Flank steak and bacon burgers awesome!

Savory chicken was yummy! Make sure to take chicken and tomatoes out of broth. shred and serve over garlic mashed potatoes. I made the broccoli as a side dish since the hubby and son are not fans.

I have not eaten the rest yet. Looking forward though. 🙂

  4. Served the Savory Chicken to my in-laws, and my mom had some of the left-overs. Both wanted the recipe. Very good! Fettuccine bake was yummy. For me, the Chinese Hamburger Casserole was comfort food, something my mom would make. Thumbs up!

  5. We loved the beef and corn pie, the upside fettucinni bake, and cilantro tacos. Great job this month.
