Side Dish ‘n’ Saturdays: Freezer Cranberry Salad

Freezer Cranberry Salad

1 can whole cranberries
8 oz. cream cheese
2 T. sugar
1 large cool whip
1/2 c. pecan nuts, chopped
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained

Prep Day: Blend cranberries, cream cheese, and sugar. Fold in cool whip, nuts, and pineapple. Pour into a 10“ x 10” pan and freeze.

Serve Day: Serve frozen.
