Minnesota Delights: Ultimate Stuffed Burgers 

Ultimate Stuffed Burgers 

  
2lbs. 80/20 hamburger 

2 peppers red & green, diced

1 onion, diced

1/2 package Mushrooms, diced

1/2 cup your favorite BBQ sauce 

2 cups pepper jack cheese, shredded or cubed

1 Beer can

Prep Day: Sauté veggies. Start with rolling hamburger meat into 4 balls. Then you take a beer can and form the meat around the bottom of the beer can. Wrap two slices of bacon around the meat. Remove the beer can. Stuff your hamburger with fried onion and pepper (or what you prefer). Refrigerate overnight or Freeze for later use. Freeze in a single layer on a flat surface.

Serve Day: Thaw. Top your burger with your bbq sauce and cheese. Grill with indirect heat. Put on the grill, close the lid, and leave the hamburgers there for approximately one hour.
